Beating a ranked team is always a good time and especially so against #3 ranked Villanova, 70-65. This was a matchup between two AP ranked teams (Pittsburgh came into the game ranked #19), so it was expected to be a close contest. Ashton Gibbs led the team in scoring. He had 21 points, 2 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 three pointers, and 2 steals.
